02 / PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

Expertise is not built from a list of job titles

Each professional field has added to the previous one: every new stage has introduced another level of understanding of business and economic systems rather than replacing earlier experience. Interdisciplinary expertise has become one of the defining features of the twenty-first-century professional environment, as complex challenges increasingly extend beyond the boundaries of any single discipline.

03 / PRACTICE

From individual transactions to understanding the system

Practical experience covers multiple levels of enterprise economics: financial and tax accounting, audit, financial management, economic analysis, planning, internal control, and management decision-making.

Work in the real economy has involved several professional roles, from financial manager and chief economist to chief accountant and chief financial officer. This experience makes it possible to approach economic challenges not as isolated functional issues, but as parts of an interconnected system.

Alongside core professional work, consulting engagements have been completed for dozens of organizations in economics, finance, accounting, management, and automation.

A problem that appears in finance is not necessarily financial. An accounting failure may result from a flawed process, while an automation problem may stem from an unclear management model.

06 / SYSTEMS

A tool is meaningful only within a coherent system

Information systems became a natural extension of work in economics, finance, and business processes.

Automation does not clarify poorly defined processes or create a sound management model by itself. ERP work therefore begins with the design of the management system and only then proceeds to the selection and configuration of software tools.
